Wash Buddy controls the Vat and Plant washing, it can control up to 2 Vats and the Plant through the same unit. It also has the complete Buddy Data program in it and all the extra features as stated at the bottom of this document.

Plant Wash

 Separate washes for morning, afternoon and alternative days

 Recycling by temperature or time

 Alternative wash days easily set for Monday – Sunday, morning or afternoon

 Controls purge valve, milk pump and air injector

 Controls pickup and divert valves

Vats

 The default wash can be rinse only or full wash

 2nd vat wash on hold until first is finished

 Milk Plant – Vacuum Level, Wash Temperatures, monitor start stop times

General

 Extra water can be introduced for rinsing if the tub is too small on a timed basis

 Set up tub sizing, volumes done by a transducer

 Dosing Pumps calibrated easily by timed run

 Acid, Alkaline and Sanitiser dosing pumps controlled

 10 Wash programmes can be setup each with up to 6 functions

 30 Functions can be setup

 Maximum run times set for washes

 Monitors temperature into tub and can stop and alert if set temperature not reached

 Password protected for different users

 Text alerts for wash faults, text when vat is picked up if required

 Email monthly wash report containing, Date, Time, Wash, Type, Duration, Max Temp, Max Recycle Temp in a csv format

 Monitors Vat cooling – Temperature, MPI parameters, Refridge switch turned on

 Remote access for monitoring and changing wash programs (Correct user level is required for some features) access via webserver by phone, tablet or PC
